Seriously, I was denied the most basic information, because I didn’t know how a paper was called! WTF? “I can’t confirm your identity” MY ASS, I gave them my account number and name! I told them I want to transfer money TO that account, so what’s the problem!?
FUCKING HATE the assholes who came up with all this shit! Why go through such lengths ?
This is why I prefer not to use phones as well.
